Alterations and additions to a late Edwardian house built in 1914; removing the existing lean-to addition to the rear as to enable a modest replacement with the provision of more functional living, dining and kitchen to the family home with the use of deep timber apertures, sensitive scaling and materiality, and celebration of a Northern aspect to the rear backyard.
